Job Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills & professional attitude with ALL customers and co-workers.

• Adequate and/or familiar with handling tablet/software on-site, accepting responsibility of collecting/depositing payments & familiar with using a point of sales system (MIPro/CloverGo).

• Amicable, people-oriented & somebody who enjoys working with others is an IDEAL member!

• Dependable. Reliable. Susceptible to criticism/ability to understand/learn from critical feedback.

• *RESIDENTIAL MOVING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED/PREFFERED*

• Proper use of equipment such as dollies, convertible dollies, appliance dollies, crank tie-downs, shoulder-straps, etc.

• Carefully loading / unloading / organizing / padding & securing all items within a 26ft. or 17ft. box truck/unit equipped with elongated / inclined ramp (no hydraulic lift).

• Properly wrapping / padding / maneuvering / boxing / stacking / disassembling / reassembling of any and all appliances and/or household goods items is required. The repetitive ability to squat, kneel, walk, climb stairs, lift or carry any heavy items such as boxes, couches, dressers. appliances and/or any other item of all various sizes is required at each job, as well.

• MUST have reliable transportation to & from the requested job site(s).

• MUST be authorized to work in the United States.
